Works stand by stand

Paid bit by bit
A works is paid partly at the start and the rest per matchday, and it takes as long as it takes. Meanwhile, that stand may be closed. Your head groundskeeper recommends where to start.
Ticketing
You set ticket prices by zone and the season ticket price. Each match can have its own price: dearer for a big match, popular to fill the ground, or club day. People respond to the price, and your finance director warns you if they’re left outside or the stands empty.
What the league requires
Each division requires a minimum: places, floodlights, seats… When promoted you get a grace season; after that, a fine at every home match.
