When it rains in your city,
it rains at your stadium
Every stadium is in a real city, and the match weather is whatever it's doing there. It's not decoration: the weather changes how the game is played.
Real weather
Fakenine checks the real weather in each stadium's city. If it rains, the ball runs differently and is harder to control; with wind, long balls drift; in the heat, players tire sooner. And you'll see it on the stadium page: by day or night depending on your time, with rain, snow or storms if there are any.
Referees with character
Every match has its referee, and they don't all call it the same: there are normal, home-leaning, card-happy and lenient ones. A lenient referee lets the physical team play on; a card-happy one punishes it.
Playing at home
Playing at home helps, even more with morale high.
